How do I book the studio?
You can book directly through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled time via the booking confirmation link. If you fail to reschedule within that timeframe, your payment will be forfeited.

What is your cancellation policy?
48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule.
24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with a fee.
Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, reschedule subject to availability.
No-shows: No refund, and rescheduling is not allowed.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only provided if you cancel 48+ hours before your booking. Otherwise, our cancellation policy applies.

Do you offer memberships or long-term rentals?
Yes! Monthly memberships are available here. We also offer discounted rates for bookings of 5+ hours.

Is the studio private or shared?
All bookings are for private use during the reserved time.

How do I access the studio?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access instructions, including a door code to enter the building.

Do I have to include setup and breakdown time in my booking?
Yes, please book enough time to include setup and breakdown, as additional time beyond your reservation will be charged.

Is there an attendant or photographer on-site?
Renting the studio does not include a photographer or staff attendant. If you’d like to book Roksana or Paulina for a session, please contact us directly.

Can I bring outside decor or furniture?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t damage the space. Any furniture or props must be moved carefully and returned to their original position.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome, but must be pre-approved before your session. Renters assume full liability for their pets.

Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, but please be mindful of spills. All food, beverages, and diapers must be taken with you and not left in studio trash bins. We also have a mini fridge for your refreshments and snacks.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed?
No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol are allowed inside the studio, unless the space is rented for an event only and a permit has been granted.

Do I need to clean the space before leaving?
Yes, the studio must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left messy.

What happens if I stay past my booked time?
Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments beyond your reserved time.

Who is responsible for damages?
Renters are fully responsible for any damages to studio equipment, furniture, or property. Any necessary repairs or replacements will be charged to the renter.

What is included in my studio rental?
Your rental includes private access to the studio, all furniture and props available on-site, and amenities such as a Nespresso machine, WiFi, and a mini fridge.

Is lighting equipment included?
Our studio offers amazing natural light, but continuous lighting equipment is also available. If you need specific gear, we recommend bringing your own.

Do I need insurance to rent the space?
While not required, renters have the option to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for added protection.

Can I visit the studio before booking?
Yes! We offer studio tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a visit.

Can I rent the space for an event?
Yes! Our space is perfect for showers, workshops, networking events, and more. If you’re hosting an event, we can also assist with photography!
