For soft, airy visuals, take advantage of our stunning sunroom featuring real plants, included in your booking. This naturally lit space features a beautiful camel couch, offering a warm and inviting setting for lifestyle and portrait photography.
A 3-roller backdrop system, mounted to the wall, is available upon request for additional creative flexibility.

For branding or portrait shots, pair the continuous studio lighting with our backdrop roller system for a consistent and professional look, making backdrop transitions smooth and effortless.

With ample space and high ceilings, the studio adapts to various production styles, from open setups to defined shooting areas. Use the light gray couch, stylish sofa chairs, or a selection of studio chairs for lifestyle and branding shots, or incorporate the mirror with vases and plants for artistic compositions. Our large table with stools can serve as a flexible workspace for branding and product photography.
Convenient & Comfortable Setup
Our studio is designed to make your shoot as seamless and efficient as possible. We offer on-site parking, a dedicated makeup station, and a fully stocked bathroom equipped with hair supplies, a lint roller, a steamer, and more — ensuring every detail is covered for a smooth and professional experience.
PRICING
Our Photo + Video Studio Rental is available at $125 per hour, providing full access to our versatile space, curated props, and natural light-filled sunroom.
Discounted rates apply for bookings of 5 hours or more, offering greater value for longer sessions. You also have the option to add an extra 30 minutes to your booking.
A 3-roller backdrop system is available upon request for an additional charge.
Set-Up & Breakdown
Please note that set-up and clean-up must be completed within your reserved rental time. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly to avoid additional charges for overtime.
