bal studios LLC – Studio Policies, Terms & Conditions

The following is an outline of the bal studios LLC policies, terms, and conditions. These guidelines and rules are set into place to ensure a safe environment for all visitors. Please read through the policies and understand that you and your clients/visitors are responsible for upholding the latest rules and guidelines. 

Studio Rules

  • All renters must be at least 18 years old. 

  • The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.

  • No smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol are allowed inside the studio.

  • No pornography or videography of sexually explicit content is permitted.

  • No open flames, candles, smoke bombs, or hazardous materials.

  • Music volume must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbances.

  • Any equipment or furniture must be moved with care and returned to its original position.

  • Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved. Renters assume all liability for their pets and any damages caused.

Booking & Payment Policies

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

  • Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments beyond the reserved time slot.

  • You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled time through the booking confirmation link.

  • If you fail to reschedule before 48-hours of your booking date, you forfeit your payment and must schedule a new studio booking.

  • If you cancel your booking/fail to show up, you forfeit your payment. No refunds are allowed.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free reschedule.

  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule with a fee.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, reschedule subject to availability.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount with no rescheduling option.

  • bal studios LLC reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, safety concerns), with a full refund or reschedule offered.

Equipment & Damages

  • Renters are responsible for all equipment and props used during their booking.

  • Any damage to equipment, furniture, or studio property must be reported immediately.

  • Renters will be charged the full repair or replacement cost for any damages.

  • Equipment must be handled properly—bal studios LLC is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse.

  • If using, backdrops must be used with care. No cake smashes or activities that cause excessive mess are permitted. Violators will be charged for damages.

Liability & Indemnification

  • bal studios LLC is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost items, or damages to visitors' property.

  • Renters agree to hold bal studios LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their sessions.

  • Renters have the option to upload a certificate of insurance for added protection.

  • Any violation of studio policies may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.

  • bal studios LLC reserves the right to revoke access to future bookings if policies are violated.

  • Renters are responsible for their clients, crew, and guests while in the studio.

Cleaning & Check-Out

  • The studio must be left clean and organized—failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.

  • All trash must be disposed of in designated bins. Food, beverages, and diapers must not be placed in studio trash bins and should be taken with you.

  • All personal items and equipment must be removed by the end of the booking time.

  • Failure to vacate the studio on time will result in overtime fees. Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments beyond the reserved time slot.

Acknowledgment

This Agreement, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between bal studios LLC and any visitor, including clients, friends, and family. By booking at bal studios LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies, terms, and conditions.
